Refund Policy

At CPR, ACLS & PALS Training Institute LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training to our valued customers. We strive to offer the best educational experience and ensure that participants are well-prepared to respond effectively in emergencies. To maintain the quality of our services and provide fairness to all participants, we have established the following no-refund policy for CPR classes:

1. Registration Fees:

   All fees paid for CPR classes are non-refundable. Once you have registered and paid for a CPR class, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal. We recommend that you carefully consider your availability and commitment before enrolling in our CPR classes.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   If you need to cancel your registration for a CPR class, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we are unable to offer refunds. Instead, we offer the option to reschedule your class to a future date, subject to availability and in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

   If you are unable to attend the CPR class on the scheduled date, you may request to reschedule to another available class date at no additional cost, provided that you notify us at least 1 week in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 1 week before the scheduled class date may be subject to a rescheduling fee. After the rescheduled limit has been reached, each additional rescheduled request will incur a $30.00 fee.

4. No Show & Late:

   If you fail to attend a CPR class without prior notice or fail to complete the course for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. You will need to register and pay for the course again if you wish to receive CPR certification. Participants must attend and participate in all aspects of the class. Please arrive for your class on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be admitted to the class. 

5. Course Changes:

   CPR, ACLS & PALS Training Institute LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule CPR classes due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, registered participants can reschedule to another class date or receive credit for a future class.

6. Book Rental: 

   Books must be returned to the office on the day you are scheduled to take a class. You will be charged the full value of the book if its not returned.

7. Promotion:

   We are unable to apply discounts or promotional codes retroactively.

By registering for a CPR class with CPR, ACLS & PALS Training Institute LLC, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this no-refund policy. We recommend that you carefully consider your availability and commitment before enrolling in our CPR classes.
