Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in any course, submitting payment, or clicking "I agree" on this website, you ("Student") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Enrollment

By registering for a CPR training course through this website, the student agrees to:

  • Provide accurate personal information at the time of registration.

  • Attend the course at the scheduled date, time, and location (or online, if applicable).

  • Participate fully in all required course components.

2. Course Completion & Certification

Certification will only be issued to students who:

  • Attend the whole training session.

  • Successfully complete all skills testing and written exams (if applicable).

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the required lifesaving techniques.

Certification is issued through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross and is valid for 2 years.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the course for a credit. Credit is valid only for 6 months.

  • No credit will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

  • In the event of class cancellation by the training provider (due to emergency, low enrollment, or other reasons), students will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

4. Physical Activity & Health Acknowledgment

CPR training involves physical activity, including:

  • Kneeling

  • Bending

  • Chest compressions

  • Simulated rescue breaths

By registering, the student confirms they are physically able to participate in these activities and will notify the instructor of any medical conditions or limitations prior to class. The training provider is not responsible for any injury or medical condition resulting from participation.

5. Release of Liability

The student voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the CPR course and agrees to release and hold harmless the training provider, its instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands of any kind arising out of or related to participation in the training course.

6. Conduct Policy

Students must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Photo & Video Release

If the course includes photography or video recording for promotional or training purposes:

  • Students may be photographed or recorded during class.

  • By agreeing to these terms, you grant the training provider permission to use your image or likeness in promotional materials unless you opt out by contacting us in writing prior to class.

8. Website Use & Data Privacy

By using this website, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information for course registration, communication, and certification purposes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a course through this website and/or clicking “I Agree,” the student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this CPR Training Agreement.
