Refund Policy – CPR Training Classes

1. Registration and Payment

All participants must complete registration and full payment to reserve a seat in a CPR training class. Class space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Participant Cancellation

If a participant needs to cancel their registration:

  • 48 hours or more before the scheduled class: Participants may request to reschedule to another available class.

  • Less than 48 hours before the class: Participants may reschedule once without an additional fee, but refunds may not be issued.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Participants may reschedule their training one time without penalty if the request is made at least 24–48 hours before the class. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new registration fee.

4. Provider Cancellation

If the training provider cancels or reschedules a class due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to another available class date.

5. Failure to Complete the Course

Refunds will not be issued if a participant:

  • Leaves the class early

  • Fails to complete the course requirements

  • Does not successfully pass the required skills or written assessments

Participants may be allowed to retake the class at a discounted rate, depending on the provider’s policy.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
