1. Registration and Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure a seat in the CPR training class.

  • Registration is confirmed only after payment is received.

  • Training providers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if minimum enrollment is not met.

2. Attendance Requirements

  • Participants must arrive on time and attend the entire course to receive certification.

  • Late arrivals may be denied entry or required to reschedule.

  • Active participation in skills practice and testing is required.

3. Health and Physical Requirements

  • CPR training includes hands-on physical activity, including kneeling, bending, and performing chest compressions.

  • Participants should ensure they are physically capable of completing the practical components.

  • If you have a medical condition that may limit participation, notify the instructor prior to the class.

4. Certification

  • Certification is issued only after successful completion of written and practical skill assessments.

  • Certificates are typically valid for two years depending on the training organization.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the class may be eligible for rescheduling.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may forfeit course fees.

  • If the provider cancels the class, participants may choose a full refund or rescheduling.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Participants acknowledge that CPR training involves physical activity and accept any associated risks.

  • The training provider and instructors are not liable for injuries that occur during participation except in cases of negligence.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must behave respectfully and follow instructor safety instructions.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

8. Privacy and Use of Information

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used only for course administration, certification processing, and communication regarding training.
