Below are our terms and conditions. Please note, by registering or paying for a course, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed below.

USE OF THE SITE:

The Site and all content and materials contained on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of The First Aid Training Guy, LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of the Site or its content is strictly prohibited.

COURSE REGISTRATION:

To register for a CPR training course offered by The First Aid Training Guy, LLC, you must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid email address. By registering for a course, you agree to pay the applicable course fee and any applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

If you need to cancel your registration for a First Aid/CPR/AED training course, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course to receive a full refund. 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of the course will not be eligible for a refund; however, you can reschedule for an additional $25 to $50 rescheduling fee, depending on the course that you are registering for.. If The First Aid Training Guy LLC cancels a course, you will receive a full refund.

If you purchased that CPR Class Protection Plan at checkout, you are allowed to make one change or cancel without any additional fees. If you cancel and you have purchased the protection plan, you would receive a refund for the course fees that you paid minus the cost of the plan. For example, let's say you purchase a seat in a First Aid/CPR/AED class for $78 plus the $20 protection plan. You would receive a refund of just $78 because you are using the protection plan to cancel your spot within the course. Please note that this protection plan is not available on all classes

STRICT NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY:

For students who do not call or show up for class, no refund is issued. You must pay full price to attend another class. You must notify us prior to the course if you are going to be late. If you are later than 15 minutes, you must re-schedule with $25 rescheduling fee, no exceptions as their is a strict syllabus and strict course schedule that we must follow per American Red Cross and the American Heart Association.

LATE SHOW:

If you are later than 15 minutes, you must re-schedule with $25 rescheduling fee. You will not be allowed to enter the course and must reschedule at a later date or time.

PRIVATE & GROUP CLASS DEPOSITS:

For private & group CPR training classes, a deposit is required to reserve the date and time of the class. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future class within six (6) months of the original class date. If you need to reschedule a private or group class, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class to apply the deposit to a future class. If you do not reschedule the class within one year or do not show up for the class, the deposit will be forfeited.

GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:

The First Aid Training Guy LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Site after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
