Attendance / No-Show
Students who do not attend their scheduled class forfeit all fees paid. Arrival more than five (5) minutes after the scheduled start time is considered a No Show – On Time and, in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) requirements, late students may not be admitted. Students who miss their class must register and pay for a new course.

Refunds
Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of registration are eligible for a refund minus a $30 non-refundable e-file fee. E-books and e-files are non-returnable and non-refundable. No refunds are available after 24 hours from the time of registration. Online courses are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for students who arrive too late to attend and are unable to reschedule.

Rescheduling

More than 3 days before class: No fee
48 hours or less before class: $30 rescheduling fee
Less than 24 hours before class, day of class, or any Saturday class: $65 rescheduling fee
Rescheduling to or from a Saturday class: $65 fee

Please allow extra time for travel. Calls or texts received after the class has started will be considered a No Show – On Time.

Family & Friends CPR Course
The Family & Friends CPR course provides hands-on training in adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and choking relief; however, no certification card is issued for this course. This course is non-refundable. If you register for the incorrect course, a partial refund of $25 will be provided only if written notice is received within 12 hours of registration.
