By registering for this course, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

Attendance and No-Show Policy
Students who do not attend their scheduled class forfeit all fees paid. Arrival more than five (5) minutes after the class start time is considered a “No Show – On Time,” and, in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) requirements, late students may not be admitted. Students who miss their class must register and pay for a new course. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Refund Policy
Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of registration are eligible for a refund minus the following non-refundable e-file fees:

  • $30 for BLS e-files

  • $100 for ACLS and PALS e-files

E-books and e-files are non-returnable and non-refundable. No refunds are available after 24 hours from the time of registration. Heartsaver, ASHI online courses, and HeartCode courses are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

  • More than 3 days before class: No fee

  • 48 hours or less before class: $30 fee

  • Less than 24 hours, day of class, or any Saturday class: $65 fee

  • Rescheduling to or from a Saturday class: $65 fee

Contact received after the class has started will be treated as a No Show – On Time.

Course Requirements
Per AHA guidelines, students must be present for the entire course. There are no exceptions. Students who arrive late and are unable to attend will not receive a refund.

Family & Friends CPR Course
This course provides hands-on training in adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and choking relief. It does not include a certification card. This course is non-refundable. If you register for the incorrect course, a partial refund of $25 is available only if written notice is received within 12 hours of registration.

Health and Safety Notice
If you are pregnant or have a history of heart conditions, arthritis, or other medical concerns, please consult your physician prior to participating. Course activities may involve physical exertion, emotional stress, and potential exposure to common illnesses.

Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Heart CPR Educational Services, LLC, its agents, instructors, other participants, and the owners or lessors of the training facility from any liability for illness, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur in connection with participation in this course.
