Homefront CPR is committed to protecting the privacy of our students and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By registering for a course or using our website, you agree to the practices described below.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you register for a course or contact us, we may collect the following:

• Full name

• Email address and phone number

• Mailing address (for group or private training invoicing)

• Payment information (processed securely through our payment provider; Homefront CPR does not store card numbers)

• Employer or organization name, where provided

• Health or physical limitation disclosures made voluntarily prior to class

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Information collected by Homefront CPR is used solely for the following purposes:

• Processing your course registration and payment

• Issuing your certification card through AHA or ARC systems

• Communicating class details, reminders, and scheduling updates

• Responding to refund or reschedule requests

• Sending occasional training-related updates or course announcements (you may opt out at any time)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. CERTIFYING ORGANIZATION DATA SHARING

To issue your certification, Homefront CPR is required to submit your name and course completion data to the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, depending on the course taken. This data is used solely to generate and maintain your certification record. Each organization maintains its own privacy policy governing how that data is handled.

4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Student records are stored securely and retained for a minimum of three years to support certification verification requests. Homefront CPR uses industry-standard practices to protect stored data from unauthorized access. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with Indiana law.

5. COOKIES & WEBSITE TRACKING

Our websites (HomefrontCPR.com & Hovn.app/homefront-in) may use cookies or similar tracking tools to improve your browsing experience and gather aggregate usage data. This information is not linked to individual identities. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though this may affect certain site functionality.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information Homefront CPR holds about you

• Request correction of any inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal or certification retention requirements

• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Homefront CPR courses are generally designed for participants 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you believe a minor's information or pictures have been published or has been submitted without consent, please contact us immediately.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Homefront CPR reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and noted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
