Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

By registering and submitting payment for a course offered by Ifa Training Center, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.

Course Registration

Payment is required to reserve and confirm your seat unless other arrangements have been approved by Ifa Training Center, LLC.

Course fees may cover instructor time, scheduling, equipment preparation, course materials, certification-related expenses, travel preparation, and other costs associated with conducting your course.

Cancellation More Than 5 Days Before Class

Students who need to cancel or reschedule should contact Ifa Training Center, LLC as soon as possible.

Cancellations received more than five (5) calendar days before the scheduled class may be eligible for a refund or may be transferred to another available course.

Any non-refundable course materials, electronic materials, certification fees, transaction fees, or other expenses already incurred on behalf of the student may be deducted from the refund when applicable.

Cancellation 5 Days or Less Before Class

Cancellations made five (5) calendar days or less before the scheduled course are non-refundable.

Because your seat, instructor time, equipment, course materials, and other resources have already been reserved and prepared, payments will not be refunded for late cancellations.

When circumstances allow, Ifa Training Center, LLC may offer a one-time rescheduling option at its discretion. Additional fees may apply.

No-Shows

Students who fail to attend their scheduled course without making approved arrangements beforehand will be considered a No-Show.

No-shows forfeit all fees paid and are not eligible for a refund.

Students wishing to attend a future class after a no-show must register and pay for a new course.

Late Arrival

Students are expected to arrive on time.

Students arriving more than five (5) minutes after the scheduled class start time may not be admitted if required course instruction or skills activities have already begun.

Students who are unable to participate because of late arrival will be treated as a no-show and will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact Ifa Training Center, LLC as early as possible.

Approved rescheduling is subject to instructor and course availability.

A student who repeatedly reschedules, fails to attend a rescheduled course, or requests a change within the late-cancellation period may be required to pay a new registration fee.

Incorrect Course Registration

Students are responsible for confirming which certification or course their employer, school, licensing agency, or organization requires before registering.

If you accidentally register for the wrong course, contact Ifa Training Center, LLC as soon as possible.

Transfers to the correct course may be permitted when available. Any difference in course price will be the student's responsibility.

Refunds for incorrect registrations are not guaranteed, particularly when course materials or certification-related expenses have already been purchased or assigned.

Digital and Course Materials

Course manuals, eBooks, digital course materials, access codes, or other materials that have already been issued, activated, assigned, or purchased for a student are non-refundable.

The cost of such materials may be deducted from any otherwise eligible refund.

Private, Group & Mobile Classes

Private, group, workplace, church, school, healthcare facility, and mobile training sessions may require advance payment to reserve the requested date and instructor.

Travel or mileage fees that have already been incurred may be non-refundable.

Cancellation terms for large private or group classes may also be specified in a separate written agreement or invoice.

Cancellation by Ifa Training Center, LLC

If Ifa Training Center, LLC must cancel a course due to instructor illness, severe weather, emergency, insufficient enrollment, or another circumstance preventing the class from being conducted, registered students will generally be offered:

• Transfer to another available course date; or

• A refund of eligible course fees paid.

Ifa Training Center, LLC is not responsible for unrelated expenses incurred by students as a result of a course cancellation, such as lost wages, transportation, lodging, childcare, or other personal expenses.

Certification Is Not Guaranteed

Payment for a course does not guarantee certification.

Students must successfully complete all required course components, skills evaluations, and examinations when applicable.

A student who attends but does not successfully complete the applicable course requirements is not automatically entitled to a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.

Any payment processing fees that are non-refundable to Ifa Training Center, LLC may be deducted from the refund when permitted.

Exceptions

Ifa Training Center, LLC understands that emergencies can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Ifa Training Center, LLC.

Granting an exception in one situation does not waive or modify this policy for future registrations.

Agreement

By registering and paying for a course, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
