Mid-Minnesota EMS Education strives to offer high-quality training programs with flexible options for our participants. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or transfers may be issued for course registrations.

1. Cancellation by Participant

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the class start time are eligible for a 50% refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a class without prior notice is considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, and re-registration at full cost is required.

3. Transfers

Participants may request a one-time transfer to another course date if the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the original course start time. A $25 administrative fee will be applied. No transfers are allowed within 48 hours of the course.

4. Online and Hybrid Courses

Once online course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued. If the hands-on skills session has not yet been scheduled, a 50% refund may be issued upon request. No refunds are issued after the skills session is scheduled or training materials have been provided.

5. Course Cancellation by Mid-Minnesota EMS Education

If a class is canceled by Mid-Minnesota EMS Education due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen events, participants will be given the option of a full refund or a free transfer to another available course.

6. Course Materials

Course materials that have been issued, opened, or used are non-refundable. Unopened materials returned in original condition within 7 days may be eligible for a partial refund.

7. Refund Processing

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@mmemsed.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing fees (typically 10–15%) may be deducted from the refund amount.
