Refund Policy
1. Refunds
Full Refunds:
Clients who cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled training date are eligible for a 100% refund of course fees.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the training date are eligible for a 50% refund of course fees.
No Refunds:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled training are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Any third-party processing fees, Red Cross certification fees, or course materials already issued are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
Client-Initiated Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule once at no cost if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled training.
Additional reschedules or changes made within 48 hours may incur a $25 administrative fee.
Trainer-Initiated Rescheduling:
If n.e. thing training must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, severe weather), clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or a new training date at no additional cost.
3. Cancellations by n.e. thing training
In the rare event that a training session is cancelled by n.e. thing training, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
4. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
A new registration and payment will be required to attend a future session.
5. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry at the instructor’s discretion to ensure course quality and safety.
Missed sessions due to late arrival are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
6. Group/Corporate Bookings
Group bookings (5 or more participants) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable if the group cancels within 7 days of the scheduled training date.
Participant substitutions are allowed at no charge, provided they meet course prerequisites.
