29. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAINING ACTIVITIES
Training may involve physical activity including kneeling, bending, lifting, performing compressions, and exposure to equipment and allergens. You voluntarily assume these risks.
30. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You assume all risks, including from ordinary negligence, except where prohibited by law. You release us from related claims.
31. COMMUNICABLE DISEASE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND SANITATION AND EQUIPMENT USE
Training involves proximity to others and shared equipment. You accept the risk of illness and agree to follow sanitation guidelines.
32. BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS AND REMOVAL
We may remove participants for unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.
33. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Some instructors are independent contractors and we are not responsible for their actions.
34. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
You grant us permission to photograph or record you and use your image for training or marketing.
35. EMERGENCY MEDICAL CONSENT
We may seek emergency medical care on your behalf. You are responsible for related costs.
36. SMS COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages regarding:

Course reminders
Schedule updates
Pre-course requirements
Waivers and rosters
Certification follow-ups
