Refund Policy

Respond365 LLC limits the enrollment capacity for each education offering. When a participant registers for a course, training, or other education event, a space is reserved specifically for that individual, and the number of remaining available registrations is reduced. This potentially may result in preventing another participant who needs to register from doing so. Further, additional instructors may be assigned, based on registration volume, in order to comply with national, state, local, and / or governing agency guidelines, rules, and / or policies.

To this end, and in an effort to maintain cost-effective course fees, Respond365 LLC does not issue refunds to registered participants who have paid and subsequently cancel their registration, no-show, do not attend, arrive late, leave early, or do not successfully complete the course, training or event for which they are registered.

Respond365 LLC takes great care to conduct every scheduled course. In the unlikely event Respond365 LLC cancels or is otherwise unable to conduct a course, 100% of the course registration fee, minus the cost of any non-refundable items, will be refunded. Alternatively, paid registrants may be given the option of transferring their registration to an alternate date for the same course type, dependent upon course availability. For all cancellations, regardless of circumstance(s), the cost of books, shipping, supplies, virtual products, downloads, e-books, e-courses, and purchased equipment are non-refundable.
