Refund Policy

Refunds

Attendees are eligible for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of class registration.
No refunds will be issued more than 48 hours after registration.

Rescheduling

Attendees must request rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.
Each attendee may reschedule one time only, and the rescheduled class must occur within 90 days of the original class date.
No refunds are available for rescheduled classes.
No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for no-shows.

Class Cancellations by Resus Genius

At Resus Genius, we are committed to delivering every scheduled class with the highest level of care and professionalism. In the unlikely event that a class is canceled by Resus Genius within 48 hours of the scheduled class date due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, attendees will be offered either:

A full refund of the course registration fee, or
The option to reschedule for a future class date.
