1. Registration and Payment

1.1 Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed to in writing. No refunds will be issued 48 hours after registration. Please review our refund policy for additional details.

1.2 Resus Genius, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness, or emergencies). In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund.

1.3 Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking. While we strive to ensure accuracy in all service and product descriptions, we do not guarantee completeness or precision. All products and services are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. Applicable sales taxes (e.g., VAT, TVA) will be charged at the appropriate rate based on the product and/or customer location.

1.4 Group or corporate bookings require a signed agreement and may require a non-refundable deposit. Such bookings are subject to customized terms and conditions.

1.5 Resus Genius, LLC is not responsible for the content of third-party websites. Accessing such websites is done at your own risk.

2. Attendance and Participation

2.1 Learners are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to attend the full duration of the class. Arrival more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time may result in denial of entry and forfeiture of all fees.

2.2 Learners are responsible for meeting all course prerequisites. To receive certification, learners must attend the entire course and successfully complete all required assessments, including hands-on skills evaluations.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Learners must adhere to a professional and respectful code of conduct toward instructors and fellow participants. All instructor directions and safety protocols must be followed at all times to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.

3.2 Inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Learners agree to comply with all venue rules and health and safety instructions. Students should dress comfortably in professional attire and wear closed-toe shoes suitable for hands-on training activities.

4.2 Participation in training is voluntary and may involve physical activity, shared equipment, and potential exposure to allergens. Learners assume all associated risks, including those arising from ordinary negligence, except where prohibited by law.

4.3 Any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect participation must be disclosed in advance so reasonable accommodations can be discussed. In the event of an emergency, Resus Genius, LLC may seek medical assistance on the learner’s behalf. Learners are responsible for any related costs.

4.4 Training may involve close proximity to others and shared equipment. Learners acknowledge and accept the risk of illness and agree to follow all sanitation and hygiene guidelines. Students exhibiting signs of illness may be asked to leave and reschedule at the instructor’s discretion to maintain a safe learning environment.

5. Assurances and Limitations

5.1 Resus Genius, LLC will provide training services in a professional, timely, and diligent manner consistent with industry standards. We reserve the right to substitute instructors with appropriately qualified personnel. Training will be delivered as outlined in the individual course agenda.

5.2 Training is provided for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes or performance in real-world situations. Resus Genius, LLC shall not be liable for outcomes resulting from the application of training techniques by course participants.

6. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

6.1 All course content, materials, and media are the intellectual property of Resus Genius, LLC or its licensors. Recording, copying, reproducing, or redistributing any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Learners may not record (audio, video, or photographic) any portion of the course without written permission, share course materials, or allow others to access the course using their registration.

6.3 Resus Genius, LLC may solicit reviews that reflect genuine opinions based on actual experiences with our services or products. Reviews are accepted only from verified clients. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these terms or are deemed inappropriate. Learner reviews must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. By submitting a review, learners grant Resus Genius, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish the review for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Resus Genius reserves the right to modify or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time, effective as of the posting of the new terms.
