Cancel at least 72 hours before class: Full refund.
Cancel within 72 hours of class start: No refund, but you may reschedule once within 30 days at no extra charge.
No‑shows or late arrivals: No refunds will be issued.
Online courses: Once a student has redeemed a keycode or access link, no refunds are available under any circumstances.
If River City CPR cancels a class: Students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Private or group training: Deposits are non‑refundable. Remaining balances may be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance.
California compliance: This policy is posted at the point of registration in accordance with California Civil Code §1723.
