Refund Policy

• All course registrations are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

• No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, failure to attend, or failure to meet course requirements.

• If a class is canceled by us, you will be offered the option to transfer to another class at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

Rescheduling

• Students may reschedule their class for a $20 rescheduling fee. Reschedule requests are subject to class availability.

• Students who purchase Class Reschedule Insurance during registration for $10 are entitled to one (1) free class reschedule, waiving the standard $20 rescheduling fee.

• Reschedule Insurance must be purchased at the time of the original registration and cannot be added after checkout.

• The free reschedule may only be used once and has no cash value. Any additional reschedule requests will incur the standard $20 fee.

No-Shows

• Students who do not attend their scheduled class without notifying us beforehand will forfeit their registration. A new registration or applicable rescheduling fee may be required.

By registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
