Welcome to ROSCUE CPR. By accessing our website, registering for a course, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or register for a course.
1. Course Registration
Registration is not guaranteed until full payment has been received. Class availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed.
3. Refund & Rescheduling
All registrations are subject to our Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
All course registrations are non-refundable.
Students may reschedule their class for a $20 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Students who purchase Class Reschedule Insurance during checkout for $10 may reschedule one (1) time at no additional charge.
Reschedule Insurance must be purchased during the original registration and cannot be added later.
No-shows and missed classes are not eligible for refunds.
If ROSCUE CPR cancels a class, students may transfer to another available class or receive a full refund.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
Providing accurate registration information.
Arriving on time for class.
Bringing any required identification or course materials.
Following instructor directions and maintaining respectful behavior.
Students who arrive excessively late or disrupt the learning environment may be denied entry or removed from class without a refund.
5. Certification
Certification is awarded only after successful completion of all course requirements established by the applicable certifying organization.
ROSCUE CPR cannot issue certification to students who do not successfully complete the required skills assessments or examinations.
6. Class Changes
ROSCUE CPR reserves the right to:
Cancel or reschedule classes.
Change instructors.
Change class locations when necessary.
Modify course schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.
Whenever possible, affected students will be notified promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Participation in CPR, First Aid, and AED training involves physical activity. By attending class, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily participate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROSCUE CPR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our courses or use of our website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, images, course materials, and branding, is the property of ROSCUE CPR unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
