Refund Policy

In accordance with American Heart Association Training Center best practices, course fees cover instructor time, facility costs, course materials, and administrative processing.

Rescheduling is permitted one time with at least 72 hours’ written notice prior to the scheduled course. Requests made within 72 hours of class start time, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the course fee.

Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the course date. Course materials, online access codes (HeartCode®), and issued provider manuals are non-refundable once distributed.

If Sentinel Training cancels a course, students will be offered transfer to another date or a full refund.

All rescheduling and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
