Refund Policy

NO SHOW/CANCEL/RESCHEDULE:

·      No show forfeits all fees paid. Showing up late is considered a “No Show On Time”. If you failed to show up for class, you will need to register and pay for a new class. Refunds given within 24 hours of when you registered minus $30 for e-files.  Ebooks/e-files are non-returnable and non-refundable.  No refunds after 24 hours from registration.

·      Reschedule < 48 hours before class requires a $30 fee. Rescheduling from or to a Saturday class is $65.  If < 24 hours, day of class or a Saturday scheduled class, reschedule fee is $65! No reschedule fee if > 3 days before class.

·      Allow EXTRA time for travel delays! Calls/Texts received after the class has started is considered “No Show On Time”. Showing up more than 5 minutes after class has started is considered "No Show On Time" and you cannot attend the class. AHA requires all students to be in attendance for the entire course. No exceptions!

·      There is NO Refund if arriving too late and unable to reschedule.
