The course, for which you are enrolled may include physical strain, the possibility of emotional stress, possible exposure to, and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to influenza and COVID-19. You release and hold harmless Heart CPR Educational Services, LLC, their agents, other participants, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the Certification class (Releasees), with respect to any and all illness, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence or releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Low Enrollment Cancellation
Although we make every effort to promote classes scheduled at our training site, low enrollment rarely happens. Heart CPR reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. In case of a class cancellation, other than the Emergency Cancellation Policy, any student who has paid for his/her class will have the option of rescheduling into another class. If unable to reschedule, you will be refunded minus $30 for ebook/e-files. Ebooks/e-files are non-returnable and non-refundable.
SICKNESS or SIGNS/SYMPTOMS:
IF YOU DISPLAY COVID or FLU/COLD TYPE SYMPTOMS, YOU CANNOT ATTEND....YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. IF YOU HAVE A THAT DISPLAY THESE SYMPTOMS, YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE CLASS. COUGH, CHEST CONGESTION, SNIFFLES/RUNNY NOSE, FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS, FEVER, RASHor "ALLERGIES"YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE! *RESCHEDULING IS MANDATORY- NO EXCEPTIONS! Reschedule fees will apply!!! Everyone needs to be comfortable attending this class, and displaying cold/covid symptoms may cause transmission and an uncomfortable environment. Thank you for your understanding.
