Refund Policy
Respond and Rescue Safety Training, LLC: Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancelling 48 hours or more before class: you get a full refund minus a $25 processing fee, or you can move to another class for free.
Cancelling less than 48 hours before class: no refund. You get a class credit you can use within 30 days.
Rescheduling: free if you ask at least 48 hours before class. Inside 48 hours, the credit rule above applies.
No-shows: no refund or credit.
Late arrival: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule.
Blended courses: the online part can't be refunded once you've started it. Please finish it before your skills session.
If we cancel a class: you choose a full refund or a free move to another date.
Group and on-site training: deposit and cancellation terms are in your training agreement.
Card disputes: please contact us first so we can sort out any billing problem.
