CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling follow our Refund Policy, which you also agree to when you book. In short:

Cancel 48 hours or more before class: full refund minus a $25 processing fee, or move to another class for free.
Cancel less than 48 hours before class: no refund. You get a class credit you can use within 30 days.
Rescheduling is free if you ask at least 48 hours before class.
No-shows: no refund or credit.

If we cancel a class (bad weather, building closure, low enrollment or anything else outside our control), you choose a full refund or a free move to another date.

Group and on-site training: deposit and cancellation terms are in your training agreement.

LATENESS

Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule.

BLENDED COURSES

Blended courses have an online part and an in-person skills session. Finish the online part before your skills session. If it isn't done, you won't be able to take the skills session and will need to reschedule. The online part can't be refunded once you've started it.

ONLINE COURSES

Online courses can't be refunded once you've started them. Switching from an online course to an in-person course isn't allowed.

EMAIL AND TEXTING LIST

By registering, you agree to receive emails and text messages from Respond and Rescue. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to a text.

REPLACEMENT AND MISPRINTED CARDS

Request replacement cards by emailing contact@respondandrescue.com. Please spell your name correctly when you register. Cards reissued because of a misspelled name have a replacement fee.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

CARD DISPUTES

Please contact us first so we can sort out any billing problem. Disputes that end in a chargeback have a $25 processing fee in addition to the original charge.

PRIVACY

We use your personal information (name, address, phone and email) only for your training with Respond and Rescue and its certifying partners. We don't store payment card details or sell your data.

LIABILITY

Respond and Rescue is not responsible for injuries during training, including skills practice. Please tell your instructor about any medical condition that the course could affect.
