Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing Rhythm of Life CPR. Because we operate as a mobile training service and reserve dedicated time slots and instructional equipment for our students, we enforce a strict refund and rescheduling policy. By booking a course with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final: All course registrations, deposits, and corporate group booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled class or on-site skills check without prior notice, your tuition is completely forfeited. You will not receive a refund or credit, and you must pay full price to register for a new class.

2. Individual Student Rescheduling

We understand that emergencies happen. You may reschedule your class under the following conditions:

• More than 48 Hours' Notice: You may reschedule your class to a new date at no additional cost if you notify us at least 48 hours before the class start time.

• Less than 48 Hours' Notice: If you request to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your original registration fee is forfeited, and you must pay a $25 rescheduling fee to reserve a seat in a future class.

• Limit on Rescheduling: Students are permitted to reschedule their class a maximum of 1 time. Subsequent rescheduling requests will require a completely new registration and full payment.

3. HeartCode Blended Learning Restrictions

• Incomplete Online Modules: If you booked a Blended Learning Skills Check, you must bring your official AHA Online Completion Certificate to class.

• Denial of Entry: If you arrive without your certificate, you will not be permitted to take the hands-on test. This will be treated as a late cancellation, your fee will be forfeited, and you must pay the $25 rescheduling fee to book a new skills check.

4. Late Arrival Policy

• The 10-Minute Rule: Due to strict American Heart Association (AHA) timing constraints, students arriving more than 10 minutes late will be locked out of the class.

• Forfeiture: Arriving late counts as a no-show. Your tuition is forfeited, and you must pay the $25 rescheduling fee to re-book.

5. Private and Corporate Group Bookings

• Cancellation Window: Group or corporate bookings must cancel or request a new date at least 3 days prior to the scheduled training date.

• Late Group Cancellations: Groups that cancel with less than 3 days notice will forfeit their deposit or the full minimum class fee. [1]

• Under-Attendance: If fewer students attend on the day of the course than originally contracted, the host remains financially liable for the agreed-upon group minimum rate (3 students). No partial refunds or credits will be issued for missing students. [1]

6. Cancellations by Rhythm of Life CPR

• Severe Weather or Emergencies: In the rare event that Rhythm of Life CPR must cancel a class due to instructor illness, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies, you will be notified as soon as possible.

• Your Options: You will be given the choice of a 100% full refund or a free priority transfer to the next available class date. [1]
