Welcome to Sentinel Training Group. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") set forth the legally binding terms between Sentinel Training Group ("we", "us", or "our") and any student ("you" or "student") who registers for, attends, or participates in any of our courses, programs, or training services.

Enrollment and Payment

·       All students must complete the registration process and pay applicable fees in full (or as agreed upon in a payment plan) before attending any course.

·       Course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy (see Section 4).

·       We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or participation if payment is not received by the required deadline.

Attendance and Certification

·       Full attendance is required for the issuance of completion or certification cards (e.g., CPR, ACLS, PALS, etc.).

·       Students must actively participate and demonstrate required skills during hands-on sessions and/or assessments.

·       Sentinel Training Group reserves the right to withhold certification if a student fails to meet course requirements.

Code of Conduct

·       Students are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and safely during all sessions.

·       Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

·       Use of mobile devices during class should be limited to emergencies or scheduled breaks unless otherwise permitted.

Refunds and Cancellations

·       Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

·       Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class or no-shows are not refundable.

·       In the event that Sentinel Training Group cancels a course, students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling Policy

·       Students may reschedule their training session once without penalty, provided notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.

·       Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

Health and Safety

·       Students who are ill or experiencing symptoms of contagious illnesses are asked to reschedule.

·       Students must comply with any public health guidelines or policies in effect during training.

Limitation of Liability

·       Sentinel Training Group shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during training unless caused by our proven negligence.
