Terms and Conditions
Course Terms & Conditions
Individuals and Public Courses
Silver Sage CPR LLC | Nevada | hello@silversagecpr.com
Your registration
These terms apply to individual registrations and public courses. Private group bookings have separate terms. Read these
terms and the separate Refund & Rescheduling Policy before booking; both form part of your agreement with Silver Sage
CPR LLC.
Confirm that the course meets your employer, school, or licensing requirements. Before accepting, review the student
name, course and issuing organization, original date, start time, time zone, location, price, payment deadline, preparation,
materials, and any extra or nonrefundable charges.
Provide your correct name, email, and phone number. Email corrections promptly. We will disclose any third-party
correction fee before charging it; we do not charge to correct our own entry errors. Keep your confirmation and both
accepted policies.
Payment and named student
Full payment is collected at the time of booking through the electronic payment method offered during registration. Your
seat is reserved once payment is successfully processed.
Only the named student may attend. Seats, payments, and course credits cannot be transferred to another person;
substitutions are not allowed. Someone else may pay, but this does not replace the required student or parent/guardian
acceptance.
Arrival and attendance
Arrive 10 minutes early with required preparation completed. Arrival up to 10 minutes after the start may be accommodated
only if all instruction, practice, and assessments can still be completed without disrupting class.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, or missed instruction cannot be completed, you cannot complete that session.
Attending a later class requires new registration and payment, subject to required accommodations and refunds. Course
content will not be shortened or waived. Missing preparation or leaving early may prevent completion.
Course completion and certification
Payment does not guarantee certification. Complete all required preparation, attendance, skills, and assessments. Failure
to complete or pass does not qualify for a refund, subject to rights required by law. We will explain retesting options,
deadlines, and fees before you agree to more training.
We issue your certification card within 24 hours after successful completion of all requirements, provided your correct name
and email are on file. If delayed, we will notify you in writing within that period, explain why, and provide an updated
expected issuance time.
Training Materials and Recording
Students may not photograph, audio-record, video-record, livestream, screenshot, copy, or distribute course presentations,
instructional videos, demonstrations, exams, or other training materials without prior written authorization from Silver Sage
CPR LLC and, where required, the copyright owner. This protects copyrighted materials and testing integrity. Contact us
about any recording-related accommodation needs so we can arrange an appropriate accommodation consistent with
applicable law.
Illness, accommodations, and safe participation
Email us promptly if illness or an emergency affects attendance. Avoid attending while potentially contagious. Any courtesy
fee exception requires written confirmation; the two-reschedule limit still applies, subject to accommodations required by
law.
Tell us about accommodation needs when booking or as soon as they arise. Required course skills and assessments must
still be completed for certification.
Training includes physical practice that may cause fatigue or discomfort. Follow safety and equipment instructions. Stop
and tell the instructor if you experience pain, distress, or difficulty participating.
Conduct and course materials
Unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or dishonest conduct will result in removal without a refund or complimentary makeup class.
You are responsible for reasonable, documented repair or replacement costs for damage caused by misuse or intentional
acts, excluding ordinary wear. Do not copy tests, reproduce protected course materials, or record instruction or participants
without permission.
Refunds and rescheduling
The separate Refund & Rescheduling Policy explains cancellation refunds, notice deadlines, rescheduling fees and limits,
the original 90-day completion window, the four-student public-class minimum, and refunds or transfers when Silver Sage
CPR LLC cancels or reschedules. Read and retain that policy with these terms.
Agreement and acceptance
These terms, the Refund & Rescheduling Policy, and the booking details presented before acceptance form your
agreement. Amendments must identify the affected term and be accepted in writing by both parties. Later policy updates do
not alter an accepted booking. A one-time exception does not alter future bookings.
When both parties agree to electronic acceptance, you may sign electronically or accept during registration. We will provide
a copy of the accepted terms and booking details that you can save or print. Send questions to hello@silversagecpr.com.
Nevada law governs, subject to applicable federal law. Required rights, refunds, reasonable accommodations, and lawful
payment disputes remain protected. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent allowed by law.
Acceptance is not consent to marketing use of your photo or a release of injury claims.
For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian accepts payment obligations and gives permission to participate, unless
the student is legally emancipated. Adult students complete their own participation acknowledgment when provided.
Participation and Agreement
I have read and agree to Silver Sage CPR LLC’s Course Terms & Conditions, Refund & Rescheduling Policy, and my
booking details. I have had an opportunity to ask questions.
I understand that payment does not guarantee certification and that I must complete all required preparation, attendance,
skills, and assessments. I agree to follow instructor directions, safety rules, and restrictions on photographing or recording
training materials. I will notify the instructor if I experience pain, distress, or difficulty participating.
For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must authorize participation and accept the applicable booking and
payment terms, unless the student is legally emancipated.
