Information we collect

We collect your name, contact details, registration information, payment and refund records, attendance, assessment results, certification records, and communications with us.

We receive information directly from you, someone authorized to register you, and service providers or organizations involved in your booking and certification.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Manage registrations, payments, and refunds.

• Provide training and issue or verify certifications.

• Send booking confirmations, class reminders, schedule updates, and certification-renewal reminders.

• Respond to questions and maintain required records.

• Address safety incidents, disputes, and legal obligations.

You may stop renewal reminders by emailing us. Necessary communications about an existing booking may continue. Where consent is required for text messages, we obtain it before sending them.

Who we share information with

We share information as reasonably necessary with registration, payment, communication, and record-storage providers, instructors, training centers, and certification organizations.

We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate an incident, address a legal claim, or protect legal rights.

Classroom security recordings

Classroom areas may be recorded by video and audio for safety, security, and reviewing incidents. We provide recording notice before booking and at the classroom entrance.

Access is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers, except when disclosure is reasonably necessary to investigate an incident, address a legal claim, or comply with law. Security recordings are not used for social media or advertising.

Retention and protection

We retain student information and security recordings for as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purposes, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and resolving incidents or disputes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Email hello@silversagecpr.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to submit an applicable request to opt out of the sale of personal information.

We may verify your identity before responding. We handle requests as required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for certification, accounting, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.

Please do not email payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or medical records.

Policy updates

We will update the effective date when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent registration notice or directly to affected students, as appropriate. We obtain additional consent when required by law.
