Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Individuals and Public Courses

Four-student minimum
Public classes require at least four paid and enrolled students. We check enrollment 48 hours before class. If fewer than
four are enrolled and paid, we will cancel or reschedule the class and notify you by email and/or SMS. You may choose the
full refund or free transfer described below.
Request a cancellation or rescheduling
Email hello@silversagecpr.com with your name, booking reference, and class date. Notice is measured when your email
reaches our inbox, using the time zone in your booking.
If you cancel
At least 72 hours before your original class start: receive 90% of your eligible course payment, provided your second
reschedule has not been confirmed.
Less than 72 hours before your original class start, a no-show, or after your second reschedule is confirmed: no
student-cancellation refund.
Eligible course payment excludes separately priced, nonrefundable materials already issued or supplied, disclosed and
accepted before purchase. Previously paid rescheduling fees are not refunded. For eligible cancellations, we retain 10%
and issue the remaining 90% within 10 business days of your request.
If you reschedule
You may reschedule up to two times, subject to availability. With at least 24 hours' notice before your currently scheduled
class: first reschedule is complimentary; second reschedule is $35.
Less than 24 hours' notice, but before class starts: $50 replaces the usual $0 or $35 fee. Each late reschedule counts
toward the same two-reschedule limit. The two-reschedule maximum still applies.
A reschedule is confirmed only after written confirmation and payment of any applicable fee. Course payments carry
forward. No additional cancellation fee applies to an approved reschedule. Rescheduling fees are nonrefundable unless
required by law or we cannot provide the replacement training.
The second reschedule is final. Requests received at or after class starts, no-shows, or missing or canceling the final
replacement class require new registration and payment to attend a later class.
Complete training within 90 days after your original class date unless we agree to an extension in writing. Rescheduling
does not restart this window or the original cancellation deadline. Unused credit expires at the deadline, subject to required
refunds.
If Silver Sage CPR LLC cancels or reschedules your class
If we cancel your class or reschedule it to a different date, time, or location, including for low enrollment or an emergency,
choose a 100% refund of all course and rescheduling fees paid for the affected training or a free transfer to another
scheduled class.
Reschedules initiated by Silver Sage CPR LLC do not count toward your two-reschedule limit. No cancellation deduction
applies. If our reschedule prevents completion within the original 90-day window, choose a full refund or a free transfer with
a written extension.
We issue refunds for classes we cancel or reschedule within 10 business days after you choose a refund. Bank processing
may take longer for any refund. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Scope and protections
This policy applies to individuals and public courses. Private group bookings have separate terms. Transfers are to another
class for the same student, not another person. Required refunds, reasonable accommodations, and lawful
payment-dispute rights remain protected.
