DLM Academy LLC – Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

At DLM Academy LLC, we value our customers and strive to provide fair and transparent policies. Please review our refund policy below regarding CPR and First Aid course registrations.

1. Cancellations by Customers

  • 48 hours’ notice required: Customers who cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class may request a refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but customers may be offered one reschedule option.

  • No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in no refund and no reschedule.

2. Rescheduling

  • Customers are permitted one reschedule at no cost if notice is given within the required timeframe.

  • Additional rescheduling may require a new registration and payment.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Transaction or processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Course Cancellations by DLM Academy LLC

  • If DLM Academy LLC cancels a course due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered the choice of:

    • A full refund, or

    • Rescheduling into the next available course at no additional charge.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certification cards already issued

  • Customized group training contracts (unless otherwise specified in writing)

  • Any special discounts or promotional sales

6. Agreement

By registering for a CPR or First Aid course at DLM Academy LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
