DLM Academy LLC – CPR Course Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all CPR and First Aid courses provided by DLM Academy LLC. By registering for a course, you agree to the following:

1. Registration & Payment

  • Course registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

  • Payment must be made prior to the start of the class unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, cash, or other approved options.

2. Certification

  • Certifications are issued through the American Heart Association (AHA) upon successful completion of the course.

  • Certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue.

  • DLM Academy LLC is not responsible for replacement of lost or expired cards beyond AHA policy.

3. Attendance & Participation

  • Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be admitted and may need to reschedule.

  • Full participation, including skills practice and written testing (if applicable), is required to receive certification.

  • Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended, as the course involves hands-on practice.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a reschedule option.

  • One reschedule is permitted at no additional cost. Any further changes may require a new registration fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review. If approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.

  • In cases where DLM Academy LLC must cancel a class, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling.

6. Health & Safety

  • Participants must notify the instructor of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

  • Any student who appears ill or unable to safely participate may be asked to reschedule.

7. Liability

  • DLM Academy LLC and its instructors are not responsible for injuries sustained during training.

  • Participation is voluntary, and all activities are performed at the student’s own risk.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is required at all times.

  • DLM Academy LLC reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during registration will only be used for course administration and certification purposes.

  • DLM Academy LLC does not share or sell customer information.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in a course at DLM Academy LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
