Terms & Conditions
Applies to: Registration and Participation in Response Dynamics Training Programs
These Terms and Conditions govern registration for, participation in, and attendance at training programs offered by Response Dynamics, Inc. ("Response Dynamics," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for or participating in any Response Dynamics course, including open enrollment public safety training and CPR / First Aid courses, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Prerequisites
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all course prerequisites, eligibility requirements, and physical or professional qualifications prior to registration.
Certain courses may require proof of certification, licensure, or employer affiliation.
Response Dynamics reserves the right to deny participation or remove any individual who does not meet course requirements.
2. Registration & Payment
Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
All fees are charged on a per-seat basis unless otherwise specified in writing.
Pricing, course descriptions, and schedules are subject to change without notice.
3. Attendance & Participation
Participants must arrive on time and attend the full course to be eligible for course completion or certification.
Active participation in required skills, scenarios, and evaluations is mandatory.
Failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure may result in non-completion without refund.
4. Safety & Conduct
Participants must follow all safety instructions, range rules, scenario guidelines, and instructor directions.
Unsafe behavior, failure to follow instructions, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal from the course.
No refunds or credits will be issued for removal due to safety or conduct violations.
5. Certification & Records
Course completion or certification is not guaranteed and is contingent upon satisfactory performance and compliance with course requirements.
Certifications are issued by third-party credentialing bodies where applicable and are subject to their rules and standards.
Response Dynamics is not responsible for delays or denials issued by certifying organizations.
6. Assumption of Risk
Public safety and medical training may involve physical activity, simulated stress, use of training equipment, and realistic scenarios.
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with course participation, including risk of injury.
Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical and medical fitness prior to participation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Response Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from course participation.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the course.
8. Photography & Media
Training sessions may be photographed or recorded for documentation, quality assurance, or marketing purposes.
Participants grant Response Dynamics permission to use such media unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to the course.
9. Policies Incorporated by Reference
These Terms and Conditions incorporate Response Dynamics’ Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy by reference.
In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall govern.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
11. Acceptance
Registration and participation constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
