Refund Policy
At Taylored Instruction LLC (“Taylored Instruction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide flexible scheduling while maintaining fairness for all participants and instructors. Please review the following refund and rescheduling guidelines carefully before registering.
Course Rescheduling
You may reschedule your course 7 or more days before the scheduled start date at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled start date will incur a $20 administrative fee.

Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered for course registrations except under limited circumstances.
A refund may be issued only if no courses of the same type are forecasted to be available within the next six (6) months. In such cases, the refund will be processed minus a $20 administrative fee or credit card fees for your transaction, whichever is greater.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds or adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Taylored Instruction LLC. Please contact us to discuss your situation if you believe you qualify.
eLearning and Prerequisites
Many courses include required online modules or prerequisites that must be completed before the in-person session.
Failure to complete these requirements will prevent course participation.
Refunds are not available in these cases.
If you anticipate any delays or issues completing prerequisites, please contact us before your scheduled class. No-shows will NOT be eligible for rescheduling, nor will day-of cancellations.
Late Arrivals
Courses begin promptly at their scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in denial of participation. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and allows classes to run smoothly and on time.
Digital Goods
All digital goods (including eBooks, digital access codes, and eCards) are non-refundable once delivered. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Physical Goods
Physical goods purchased as course add-ons are non-refundable once your course proceeds as scheduled.
If your course is cancelled by Taylored Instruction, you may request a full refund for any unused physical goods purchased alongside your registration.
