By registering for a course, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with Taylored Instruction LLC (“Taylored Instruction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of all rights and responsibilities. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Participation

Participation in Taylored Instruction courses, including CPR, First Aid, and other training programs, involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

You affirm that you, or any participant you register on behalf of, are in good physical condition and capable of safely participating in the selected course or program.

Completion of a Taylored Instruction course does not guarantee mastery of the skills taught or certification if course requirements are not met.

Prerequisites and Online Content

Some courses may require prerequisites and/or completion of an online portion prior to attendance. It is your responsibility to review and meet all requirements before registering.

Failure to meet prerequisites or complete required online content does not qualify for a refund. If you have questions about prerequisites, please contact info@tayloredinstruction.com.

Attendance and Punctuality

Courses begin promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in denial of participation, in which case rescheduling policies and fees apply.

Liability Waiver

By participating, you waive, release, and discharge Taylored Instruction LLC, its instructors, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims or liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or death arising from participation in our courses, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taylored Instruction LLC and its representatives from any loss, liability, damage, or cost incurred as a result of your participation or the participation of a minor for whom you are responsible.

Media Consent

Taylored Instruction LLC may take photos or videos during training sessions for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, you must notify the instructor in writing before the course begins. Privacy requests will be respected.

Agreement

By completing your registration or booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the waiver and release of liability. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract.

American Heart Association Disclaimer

Use of American Heart Association (AHA) materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.
