Course Registration Refund and Rescheduling Policy
At Taylored Instruction, we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for all participants. Please review our refund and rescheduling guidelines below:
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your course 7 or more days before the scheduled start date, you may do so at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date will incur a $20 administrative fee.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for course registrations except in limited circumstances.
A refund will only be issued if no courses of the type you registered for are forecasted to be available within the next 3 months. In such cases, the refund will be processed minus a $20 administrative fee.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds or adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Taylored Instruction. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
eLearning and Prerequisites
For blended learning courses, completion of eLearning modules is required prior to the in-person session. Failure to complete these modules will prevent participation in the course. Refunds are not available in these cases, but we encourage you to contact us for assistance if you anticipate delays.
Some courses have prerequisites. It is your responsibility to review and meet these requirements prior to registration. We cannot offer refunds if you are unable to complete the course due to unmet prerequisites.
Late Arrivals
Courses begin promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in denial of participation. In such cases, you may reschedule for a $20 administrative fee.
Online Shop Refund Policy
Digital Goods
All digital goods (eBooks, access codes, eCards) are non-refundable once delivered. Please review product details before purchase.
Physical Goods
All physical goods purchased as course add-ons are non-refundable assuming your course runs normally. In the event that your course is cancelled, if you do not want your physical goods, they will be refunded in full.
