Shallow Water Lifeguarding to Lifeguarding

For current Red Cross Shallow Water or Aquatic Attraction lifeguards upgrading to full deep-water Lifeguarding. Covers deep-water rescue, rapid extrication, spinal injury response, ventilations/BVM, and team scenarios. Format: instructor-led bridge. Credential: Lifeguarding (Including Deep Water) with CPR/AED/First Aid, valid 2 years.
